Steve Neal
Steve attended Hampden-Sydney College where he graduated in 1984 with a Bachelors of Science degree in economics. He is our Master Builder, having been in the construction industry for more than 30 years, and brings an extensive and valuable knowledge base to every project. He enjoys spending his time with his ever-growing family, drafting house plans, and reading about a variety of topics, with a special interest in business, carpentry, and 20th century history.

Garrett Neal
Garrett attended Emory and Henry College from 2013-2015 studying biology and athletic training, and received a Bachelors of Science degree in project management from Liberty University in 2018. He likes to spend his time with family and friends, doing outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, and fishing, and learning about a variety of topics including ancient history, traditional architecture, and gardening.

Erik Neal
Erik attended Virginia Tech where he received a Bachelors of Science degree in real estate. He is natural engineer who brings a rich knowledge base of real estate and fine carpentry to the team. Erik enjoys spending his time with family and friends, doing fine woodworking, welding, outdoor activities such as fishing, hunting, and floating, and learning about stoic philosophy and new ways to build things.
